Athlete Registration

BACKSTAGE SERVICES & TANNING DISCLAIMER

All registered athletes will receive backstage touch-ups and glaze provided by the official backstage service team.

The event promoter and the backstage service provider are not responsible for the quality, condition, or outcome of any competition tan that is not applied by the exclusive backstage tanning provider.

Touch-ups and glaze are intended to support stage presentation only and do not replace full tanning services.

LIABILITY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing registration and agreeing to compete in this event, the athlete acknowledges and agrees that:

• The event promoter assumes no liability for tanning results, skin reactions, color discrepancies, or appearance-related concerns arising from services performed by third-party or outside tanning providers.
• The backstage service provider assumes no liability for tans applied by any company other than the official backstage provider.
• Participation in backstage services is provided as-is and at the athlete’s discretion.
• All registration fees, service fees, and additional charges are non-refundable.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By submitting registration, the athlete confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all registration fees, service fees, services provided, and liability terms outlined above.
